A Whisk of Summer Feel in the air
A whisk of summer feel in the air..
The smell of rain in the air clearing up, what lynn calls Liquid Sunshine
The fresh crispy grass beneath the feet, getting ready for the action that lies ahead...
The flowers blossoming, awaiting for ppl comin out to earn their nature points
The Sun busking above the head, freshening the place with nature's freshener
And you see Meredith and Leigh making sure the Land is in tip-top condition.. that the grass at the golf course r cut, the tennis nets are up, the canoes in the lake are well.. all the crafts in arts in crafts are in, and there are jus hundred and one things to be done..
And you see Mike AAAAAsskeeeww... busy out on the sea, checking the boats and the motors and the sailboats and that all maintenances are made before the kids come round and earn their skipper and all...
You see Allison and Lydia hiring away, making sure all the counsellors are the best in the country and all rd the world... that everybody knows whats gg on.. helping this group of ppl as best as they could...
Did i mention Elayne? making sure all housekeeping are done and that cabin arrangements are made?
Far away you see lynn drivin round her golfcart, making sure everybody's well, if any help is needed, and giving her helping hand and that everyboyd is just as excited as she is.
Lies ahead, Campers gettin ready for camp, their husbands, toiletries, sunscreen, writing kits, pictures to bring to camp, disposable cameras, and not forgetting snacks and candies that are forbidden but not forgotten..
Further ahead.. counsellors gettin ready the drive... the flight, the ride away..
everybody's excited bout what Summer 2006 is install for them... and as for me? I can only close my eyes n envision... n live on the updates from friends who had went back to SF to live up the challenge once more.....
Was jus thinking bout camp... juz like how i think bout it every single day... when i am at work, when i am at home. Esp with yunting n family being there, i ask myself why i am not there?well... I can only say its an addiction, n addiciton i hv to either get over it or live with it... Dun think i will ever get over it... so i would hv to live with it... till i go back again... the cravin is jus too much, help..
